Join this beautiful mini-day retreat to learn how to balance your masculine and feminine energy. When these universal energies are balanced, we experience greater harmony and fulfillment. Masculine energy is characterized by action and achieving coming from a place of logic and reason. The feminine energy is intuitive, connected to receiving, allowing, and characterized by being. We will incorporate gentle movement, sound healing, energy healing, reflection, meditation, sound healing, and a fire ceremony themed around both universal energies. We will be located in a beautiful cabin-like space with a cozy fireplace and plenty of room. This retreat is for men and women interested in bringing balance and harmony to their masculine and feminine within.
No experience is needed. All are welcome.
Included in the day retreat:
Opening Circle: A welcome ceremony to set an intention, connect, and welcome.
Gentle Movement: Awaking masculine and feminine energy, leaving our minds and bodies more balanced as we welcome the day ahead. Optional reiki will be offered throughout the practice.
Reflection: Wake up the mind by exploring journaling exercises. We can connect more deeply to who we are, what we want, and where we are going.
Reiki: A form of energy healing that unblocks and balances the chakras, releases stagnant energies, and supports mental, emotional, and physical health. Marissa and James will provide reiki to focus on balancing masculine and feminine energy.
Yoga Nidra: A form of guided meditation to create deep relaxation and relieve stress. Optional reiki will be offered throughout the practice.
Sound Bath: Sound healing will use different vibrations to promote a state of calmness, a greater sense of relaxation and better body awareness.
Closing/Fire ceremony: A sacred ceremony to celebrate the balance between the masculine and feminine energy, remove fear, spread joy, burn karma, purify the environment and create peace for all.
Snacks - caffeine-free tea and water will be provided throughout the day. Plus plant-based/gluten-free/nut-free snacks included. Although you are welcome to bring personal snacks and beverages.

A great deal of time, care, love, preparation, and thoughtfulness has been put into each event for the best and most unique experience for each guest.
Because of this, we have a strict gradual cancellation policy.
• Anytime prior to 14 days of event: option of full refund or credit for future retreat
• Prior to 8-14 days: $30 fee
• Prior to 7 days: $40 fee
• Prior to 5 & 6 days: $50 fee
• Prior to 4 days: $60 fee
• Prior to 72 hours or less: no refund
