Join us to dedicate time to open the heart from a place of gratitude. We will open with a Cacao Ceremony to tune in to the energetic fields of our hearts. This plant medicine has been said to open the heart, help heal emotional wounds, and tap deep into our intuition. Cacao ceremonies are a shamanic journey to develop a profound connection with our higher self. We will flow into a movement to welcome in sacred space, breathwork to offer a direct pathway to higher states of consciousness and create an altar to bring more meaning. From this place of balance, we will end in a guided meditation, sound bath, and Reiki (energy healing) to heighten the experience and raise our vibration.
