Scientists have discovered that we can have about 60,000 to over 100,000 thoughts per day. It is vital to get clear on what is truly important to us and to make it a priority.
This is an online yoga and vision board workshop taught by Liana and Grace. Their focus is to create an environment that supports your own creative energy and growth. We will begin with a yoga practice that creates space in the body and mind and then move into a vision board exercise.
The visualization portion of the workshop will focus on channeling your creative energy to manifest the life you want. It will create a supportive space for you to step into action.
No yoga or meditation experience required. Welcome to all levels.
