Take some time to tap into hope, renewal, and fresh energy. Spring is all about rebirth and growth, making it a magical time to align ourselves with the natural rhythms of the seasons. The power of spring can strengthen our spiritual expectations, renew our passion, and even spark something new in us. In this experience, we will use movement to intentionally tune into our heart space, breathwork to welcome clarity and explore astrology to help us better understand how to utilize the energy surrounding us. As we create space and awareness, we will make our own personal intention tool utilizing herbs, spices, and flowers. Everyone will leave with their own personalized smudge stick and bath blend to support you on your journey moving forward. We will explore meditation, a sound bath, and a fire ceremony to enhance the experience. As we tap into freshness, we will water our spirits, unfold the petals of our hearts, and blossom anything we want to create.
This day retreat is open to ALL, and no experience is needed.
A Plant-based/gluten-free/nut-free lunch is included. However, you are welcome to bring personal snacks and beverages. Caffeine-free tea and water will be provided throughout the day.
