Flower Power

  • Cherokee Regional Park 700 Cherokee Heights Boulevard Saint Paul, MN, 55107 United States (map)

Join Tori and Grace for the second Flower Power in celebration of Pride Month. Our goal is to create a space in which the community feels valued, accepted, welcomed, and celebrated for who they are.

Flowers are known to symbolize love, faith, and hope, and we will incorporate these values into the event through gentle movement, time for reflection, floral aromatherapy, a sound bath, build your own bouquet and r&b vibes.

All LGBTQIA+ community members and allies are welcome! No experience is needed. Invite a friend!

On the theme of flowers- this is a 420 friendly event! If desired, participants who are 21+ are welcome to partake during class.

Space is limited. Lock in your spot by registering ahead of time!

Bring a journal/notebook, pen, yoga mat or blanket to lay on, water, or anything else of comfort.

We will meet on the Chippewa Ave side of the park to the left of the playground.
