Join us for a reiki and meditation at the park…

This event will include reiki (energy healing) and a guided meditation while surrounded by nature. This session will be themed around receiving abundance on all levels and releasing in order to inspire and encourage growth. You will be guided through a meditation while receiving 2 mini reiki sessions. This is for anyone interested in healing, letting go, or looking for a new experience. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, or towel, and an open mind! No experience needed - all levels welcome. Handout will be provided with meditation and reiki information.
