Join Grace Panian for a special New Years' Eve practice that creates the space for you to reflect and reset. Through movement, breath, and meditation, we create space in the body and mind, opening up ourselves to enter the New Year in reset mode. After releasing what no longer serves us - from worry to fatigue - we can move into 2021 with a clear sankalpa (an intention formed by the heart and mind) to honor the deeper meaning of our life. This practice includes a guided meditation that opens the door to enter into comfortable stillness within. We reduce stress hormones, aid in fostering better sleep, lessen worry, and lower blood pressure, a prescription for more ease. All levels welcome. No experience is needed.
