Have you ever been interested in meditation but not know where to start? Thought this is too hard? I don't know how? This workshop is structured to help find what works for you by providing different meditation styles and mindfulness techniques. It is all about finding what works for you and leaving the rest. Meditation transforms our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful, and more fulfilling existence. Meditation is the art of drawing the attention inward and discovering one's inner being.The goal of meditation is not to empty the mind but to observe the present moment without judgment or attachment.This workshop provides different styles of meditation, aromatherapy, and mindfulness techniques to help find something that works for you. A helpful handout about the techniques will be provided.
